Lose Weight

Whether your wedding is just around the corner, you’re hoping to change your lifestyle for the better, or you want to lose some weight to keep up with the kids, Eman and Tang are here to help! There are many reasons why people want to lose weight, and Your Health First builds a personalised program for each client based on their personal fitness goals and needs.

Build Strength

Getting stronger isn’t always about looking good in the mirror. Whilst some clients want to take better selfies, for many clients getting stronger is about more easily taking out the washing basket, having the leg strength to easily walk up a hill or move a few heavy boxes around the house. Whilst some clients want to become bodybuilders, most just want to become functionally stronger.

Injury Rehab

Back sore from picking up the kids or household tasks? Are your knees sore from short walks? Did you pull your hammy or groin on the field? Had a nasty fall? Whatever the case, recover faster using exercise and strength training. Get back on track and feel better with a personalised training plan. Don’t just recover - bounce back even stronger and prevent an injury from happening again.

Sport-specific Training

With practice, anybody can become a good player, but you can push yourself harder than that. We’ve worked with rugby, soccer, netball players, and even competitive dancers. Whatever sport you are involved in, we can build a training program in the gym to prevent injury, move faster, become more agile, and be more confident on and off the field.

Free Fitness App

All Your Health First clients gets free access to our custom fitness app, helping you to keep track of your workouts inside and outside of the gym … we even create custom videos for each exercise using equipment in your gym.

Free Group Classes

Every Week

Clients who train with us at least a couple of sessions a week can come along to our group classes. We do HIIT classes on Wednesday evenings and Pilates on Saturday mornings. We also do a group walk most Sundays.
